We start with an initial consultation and assessment to evaluate your space and discuss your color options. Proper surface preparation is crucial. We grind all surfaces new and old, removing existing cream layer, coatings, glues and contaminates, while leaving a heavy scratch. Next we patch all cracks and pits and grind the surface smooth to prepare for coating. Once the surface is ready, we apply a moisture block epoxy coating and broadcast the color flakes. Once the coating is dry we scrape the floor smooth, removing all the loose color flake and to prepare for the topcoat. Next we apply a poly aspartic topcoat for hot tire / chemical resistance and protection. The flooring then needs time to cure and harden, resulting in a tough, long-lasting finish. We take care of all the final touches to ensure your floor looks great and performs beautifully.
